We use PostNord Denmark.
Delivery time:
We aim for the shortest possible delivery time for your products. Most items on our website are in stock and will be shipped within a few days. Should the item exceptionally not be in stock, we will notify you of the delivery time.
Receipt:
Acknowledgment of receipt is the same as saying that the item is in order. If the item is visibly damaged, the receipt will be marked as refused receipt. The postman/carrier then takes the package back. We must then be contacted. Visible transport damage or defects must be reported to butik@ovm.dk on the day of receipt or at the latest the day after! Otherwise, we cannot help with receiving compensation from the carrier.
When you have received your goods, you should compare them with the delivery note. Any wrong delivery must be notified on the day of receipt or at the latest on the following business day.
ovbeslag.dk cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries or transport damage to sent products.
Warranty / Complaint:
All products are subject to the right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. Unless there is a manufacturer's warranty on the product, it is thus the 24-month right of complaint under the Sales Act that applies. Should the item fail during the complaint period, it will be repaired free of charge, unless the fault is due to operating errors, modifications or abuse on the part of the user.
Return of goods for repair must be made by post to:
Ordrup Værktøjsmagasin, Ordrupvej 85, 2920 Charlottenlund, with a description of the error.
Right of withdrawal for consumer purchases: Should you regret your purchase, all goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. However, the item must be returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as when received and in the original packaging. Returns in connection with cancellation must be made to our mail order address: Ordrup Værktøjsmagasin, Ordrupvej 85, 2920 Charlottenlund
Return payment:
If the item cannot be delivered or is rejected due to damage etc. or if you use your right of cancellation, the invoice amount for the item in question will be deposited into your account, no later than 5 working days after ovbeslag.dk has received the item back. Always remember to send a copy of the purchase invoice and to state the bank account number to which we can transfer the credited amount.
ovbeslag.dk covers the return shipping costs. However, remember to attach the return label that was sent with you when you received the package.
Defective / misdelivered goods:
If you have received defective or wrongly delivered goods, ovbeslag.dk must be contacted on the day of receipt or at the latest on the following business day. We will of course exchange and send a new item to you as soon as we have received the returned item, unless otherwise agreed. To help our returns department, please send a copy of the invoice/delivery note together with the item.
ovbeslag.dk covers the return shipping costs. However, remember to attach the return label that was sent with you when you received the package.
ovbeslag.dk does not cover tradesmen or other expenses in connection with the disassembly and reassembly of products and cannot be held responsible for consequential damages.
Remember to save the postal receipt as documentation that you have submitted the item. Also remember that ovbeslag.dk cannot check whether sent repaired goods are damaged before or during transport. Therefore, ensure careful and proper packaging of the item before sending.
