Ordrup Værktøjsmagasin offers a right of withdrawal if the item did not live up to expectations. Should you regret your purchase, all items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. However, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as on receipt and in the original packaging.

Return payment. If the item cannot be delivered or rejected due to damage etc. or if you use your right of cancellation, the invoice amount for the item in question will be deposited into your account, no later than 5 working days after Ordrup Værktøjsmagasin has received the item back. Always remember to send a copy of the purchase invoice and to state the bank account number to which we can transfer the credited amount.
